NEW! UPDATED COVID-19 IN SALON PROTOCOLS

October 2021 - Phase 5

In light of the recent exposures in the HRM, we want to reassure you of the protocols we have in place to keep you safe while you are with us. We are in regular contact with The Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia and we update protocols as directed by CANS and Nova Scotia's Chief Public Officer of Health, Dr Robert Strang.

While we will be returning our salon to the original look and feel, we will continue wearing masks and clients and visitors wearing masks are still required at all times while you are in our salon. It does not matter what type of mask you wear, as long as it covers your nose and mouth effectively. Mingle masks or Z masks are NOT compliant with these protocols.

We use PRE-empt sanitation spray and wipes for our staff to sanitize our sinks, our stations and our bathroom between every client.

Please wash your hands when you first enter the salon, our normal beverage station will now be a hand washing station.

Please answer the following questions with honesty.

Have you come into contact with anyone suspected of Covid-19 in the last two weeks?

Have you been to any of the HRM exposure sites?

Have you been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last two weeks?

Please reschedule your appointment if you answer yes to any of the above.

Please also reschedule your appointment if you have experienced the following symptoms or circumstances:

New Cough

Runny nose

Fever above 38 degrees Celsius

Headache

Muscle pains

Shortness of breath.
