Thumpers Salon has a strict cancellation policy that requires 24 hours notice for cancellation or last minute changes to your appointment. Should you decide at the last minute to remove one or more services from your scheduled appointment, you will be charged in full for these services.

Appointments canceled without 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Phone calls are the only way Thumpers Salon will accept an appointment cancellation. We do not accept appointment cancellations via email or social media. We understand that emergencies happen, and kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.
