Shipping Methods

Shipping is only available within Canada. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00 (before tax).

We have the following shipping options available in Canada.

Expedited - Order by Noon AST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 Business Day via Canada Post
Xpresspost - Order by Noon AST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 Business Day via Canada Post
Priority - Order by Noon AST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 Business Day via Canada Post
Flat Rate - Delivery via Canada Post

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can not redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup. Pickup confirmation will be sent via email and you’ll be notified when your order is ready. Please be ready to accept your order in person by showing a valid form of ID and your order confirmation. 

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

Shipping To P.O Boxes Or Multiple Addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.
