Refund policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unused, unopened in their original condition and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Sale items cannot be returned.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How To Request A Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thumperssalon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
