How to Use

Apply to washed, towel-dried hair. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. For fine hair, use 2 pumps. For medium to thick hair, use 3-4 pumps. Do not rinse. Style as desired.

For fine hair, OI Shampoo plus OI Soufflé may be enough. For medium hair, use OI Soufflé on its own or after conditioner.
